Elizabeth Ann Ludwig, 90, of Farmland, IN passed away early Friday morning, November 25, 2022 at Parker Health and Rehabilitation Center of Parker City, IN. She was born December 11, 1931 in Wapakoneta, Ohio, the daughter of Roy Jackson and Lydia Irene (Bixler) Cole. She was a 1949 graduate of Sydney High School, Sydney, Ohio.
Elizabeth retired in1998, after 29 years as Clerk/Treasurer, Farmland, IN. She was a 50+ year member of the Farmland United Methodist Church and 20 year member of Farmland Fireman’s Auxiliary. She most enjoyed and loved her family.
She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Roy Ludwig (wife, Scarlett) of Farmland, IN and Bill Ludwig (wife, Diane) of Vero Beach, FL; a daughter Janice Coy (companion, Wayne Moor) of Indianapolis, iNl; nine grandchildren, Michelle, Misti, Eric, Erin, Jeremy, Brad, Heidi, Ashley and Amanda; 15 great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wilbur Ludwig; daughter, Brenda Ludwig; five sisters, Rosellen, Carolyn, Helen, Ruth and Ethyl; and three brothers, Bud “Seth”, and two infant brothers.
A service to celebrate Elizabeth’s life will be scheduled at a later date. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in Pearl Cemetery of Anna, Ohio.
