George Clouse Obituary

George William “Bill” Clouse, Jr., 76, passed away early Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Golden Living Center of Richmond, IN. He was born April 13, 1945 in Franklin, North Carolina the son of George W. and Marjorie (Stallcup) Clouse. He honorably served in the US Army from 1963-1965 in Germany.

Bill retired in 2012 after ten years as a Union Representative with AFSCME. He had also worked as a Tool Maker with Lobdell Emery from 1983 to it’s closing and also work for other machine shops over the years.  He enjoyed spending his leisure time on the farm, gardening and taking care of his small orchard.

He leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife of 44 years, Rebecca “Becky” Clouse; three children, Heather Pena (Gene) of Humble, TX, Josh Clouse of Winchester, IN and Jacoba Clouse of Richmond, IN; two sisters, Judy Skiles and Carolyn Harris, both of Florida; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a daughter-in-law, Candice Clouse.

The family has selected cremation. There will be no visiting hours or services for the public. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wilsonshookfh.com.
