Iris Eileen (Cadwallader) Warren

Iris Eileen Warren, 86, of Lynn, IN passed away Monday evening, December 6, 2021 at Reid Health of Richmond, IN. She was born April 7, 1935 in Lynn, IN the daughter of Ezra Lewis and Ruby Nell (Kenworthy) Cadwallader. She was a 1953 graduate of Spartanburg High School.

Iris, a homemaker, had worked at Westinghouse when she was younger and as a teacher’s aide at Randolph Southern. She enjoyed spending her leisure time reading, sewing, bike riding, bird watching and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memory a loving husband of 67 years, Orville “Dean” Warren; two sons, Ronald David Warren (wife, Sharon) of Trenton, OH and Bruce Eugene Warren (wife, Christi) of Avon, IN; two daughters, Debra K. Richardson (husband, Alan) of Richmond, IN and Treva DiAnn Gough of Lynn, IN; two sisters, Gloria Witter (husband, Robert) of Bluffton, IN and Pamela “Jane” Leach (Francis) of Richmond, IN; Nine grandchildren, Kara, Angela, Michael, Jessica, Alex, Monica, Kevin, Levi and Ian; and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Tom and Larry.

A memorial service will be 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Wilson Shook Funeral Home, Thomas Memorial Chapel of Lynn, IN. Cremation was chosen. Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 4:00 p.m. to service time on Tuesday, at the funeral home. It is the family’s request for masks to be worn due to the concerns surrounding Covid-19. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lynn Library, 107 N.
