Judy Carol (Draper) Mullin

Dedicated wife and mother, Judy Carol (Draper) Mullin of Lynn, Indiana, went to be with her Lord late Wednesday, December 29, 2021. She was born June 30, 1945, in Carroll County to Donald and Myrtle (Sibrary) Draper. She was a 1963 graduate of Delphi High School in Delphi.

Throughout her working life, Judy was a faithful and dedicated employee. She always made sure to provide excellent service to her customers and clients, making many friends. She was dedicated to her community and took pride in serving on the Lynn Town Council for over 25 years. Judy also enjoyed being a part of Delta Theta Tau Sorority, The Athena Club, Randolph Community Foundation, The Randolph Southern Scholarship Committee and especially Spartanburg Christian Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Melissa Ottavi (Brett) of Elkhart and Suzannah Schmitz (William) of Reynoldsburg, OH; son, Gregory Mullin (Jessica) of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Michele Schmitz, Payton Schmitz, Isabella Ottavi, Grace Mullin and Jacen Mullin; sister Jean Ann Sommers of Idaville, brother Fred Draper of Okeechobee, FL, sisters-in law Pat Draper of Delphi and Linda Draper of Chalmers and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, William Mullin; her parents Don and Myrtle and siblings Donna, Don, Bill, Betty Jo, Bob and Wayne.
A service to celebrate Judy's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 10, 2022 at the Spartanburg Christian Church, 6714 E. CR 700 South, Lynn, IN with Brian Richmond officiating. Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 9th at the church. Wilson Shook Funeral Home, Thomas Memorial Chapel, Lynn, has been entrusted with arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wilsonshookfh.com.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spartanburg Christian Church. Envelopes will be available at the church.
