Paul Bolton Obituary

Paul Thomas Bolton “Tom”, 84, of Lynn, succumbed to cancer at the comfort of his own home, with his family on April 21st.

Tom is survived by his wife of 64 years, Barbara; sons, Danny (Marina) of Carthage and Dale (Bev)  of Satsuma FL; daughters, Dawn (Gary) Morrison of Lynn and DeAnn (Lee) Wigginton of Lynn; grandchildren, Kabar Cheney of WA, Jesse Cheney (Virginia),  Ashley Mathis (Thomas) of FL, Ryan Bolton (Brittany) of FL, Brett Bolton of FL, Kaleb Bolton of FL, Niles Morrison (Stephanie) of Modoc, IN, Josh Morrison of Lynn, Luke Morrison of Lynn, Lance Morrison (Vanessa) of Lynn and Maree Wigginton (Dylan Hurtman) of Decatur; nineteen  great grandchildren; one sister, Rosella Whitehead of Ft. Pierce, FL; a sister-in-law, Judy Bolton of Port Charlotte, FL and Ellen Bolton of Shelbyville, IN.

Tom loved watching his grandkids play sports. He also loved woodworking and was known for his bird houses.

A special thanks to his card playing partner Edie Platt, whom he loved to play cards nightly.

We would like to recognize Reid Hospice, RN Tonya and home healthcare worker, Hailey for the amazing care they provided on his last days, and Reid Cancer Center for the caring nurses.

Wilson Shook Funeral Home, Thomas Memorial Chapel is in charge of his cremation. The family will have a private celebration of life at a later date. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wilsonshookfh.com.
