Verna Young Obituary

Verna L. Young, 86, of Winchester, IN passed away Thursday afternoon, December 31, 2020 at Randolph Nursing Home of Winchester, IN. She was born September 8, 1934 in Lapeer County, Michigan, the daughter of Percy J. and Nina (Barrett) Thompson.

Verna worked as a waitress most of her life, at various restaurants.

She leaves to cherish her memory a son, Gary L. Daly of Greenville, OH.

Due to the concerns surrounding Covid-19, there will be no services at this time.

Wilson Shook Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
